The terms we work under.
Veloce is run by Mobile App City Pty Ltd (ABN 62 166 320 136), trading as Veloce Marketing, an Australian company. These are the terms for the Veloce subscription: SEO, Google Maps, AI Search and Site Care, run together. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. Last updated 17 September 2026.
1. What you are buying
The subscription is one monthly service covering all four modules, billed month to month. Yearly plans are paid up front. No refunds for change of mind. The work each module does is described on the site and in your plan, and the plan you see before you pay is the plan we work to. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price on your statement is the price you were shown.
2. The three day trial
Every plan starts with three days free. You enter a card so the work can start straight away, nothing is charged for three days, and the first charge is on day four. Cancel inside the three days at veloce.services/manage and you pay nothing and keep every fix already made. After that, cancel any time at veloce.services/manage and the service stops at the end of the period already paid for. There is no minimum term.
3. Access to your website
Site Care and the SEO fixes need administrator access to your WordPress website, through our connector plugin. The connector installs as a WordPress plugin and has to be activated by an Administrator account on your site. That administrator access is how we apply the fixes the audit finds, the speed work, the plugin, theme and WordPress updates, and how we take your backups and publish the articles you approve.
What we do with it, and what we do not: every update is taken with a backup first and is put back automatically if the page comes back worse. Updates stay locked until one offsite copy of your site has been taken and verified and you have said yes with that copy on the table. We never see or store your normal login password; the connector holds its own key, and the connection stores one application password that you can remove in WordPress at any time under Users, Profile, Application Passwords. Deactivating or deleting the plugin ends our access at once. On a site that is not WordPress, or where you choose not to connect, everything that measures still runs and the parts that change your site are written for you to apply or to hand to whoever maintains it.
4. Your Google accounts
Connecting Google is one consent screen. We read your Business Profile, Search Console and Analytics to measure and report. Google posts go out for you, or wait for your yes. Review replies are written for you to post. You can withdraw the connection at any time from your Google account, or text us and we remove it.
5. What we do not promise
Nobody can promise a position in Google search, on Google Maps or in an AI engine's answer, and we do not. We do not buy or trade links. We do the work every month, show you the measurements honestly, including the months that go the wrong way, and record every action with the time it happened, and send you that record.
6. Content we write
Articles, Google posts and review replies are written from your own website and your own answers, and are held for your approval before they are published unless you have told us to publish on a schedule. Once published on your site or listing they are yours.
7. Payment
Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see your card. A failed payment pauses the work until it clears; it does not delete anything.
8. Your data
We hold what we need to do the work: your business details, your website's measurements, the connections you grant and the messages between us. We do not sell it. To measure our ads, we send Meta a scrambled copy of your email and mobile. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how our pages are used, so we can improve them. Questions typed into our chat are answered by AI, and we receive a copy. Ask us any time what we hold. Closing your account removes the connections and the credentials the same day. Questions about data: text +61 468 078 885.
9. Changes
If these terms change we say so on this page with the date, and a change that affects what you pay or what we may do on your site is emailed to you before it applies.

Heatmaps and visit recordings
This website uses Site Insights (insights.veloce.marketing) to see how visitors use its pages so they can be made clearer. With each visit it records: the pages you view, and your device type, browser and operating system; your country, worked out from your IP address, which is not kept; the site that sent you here and any campaign tags in the link; where you click and move the mouse, how far you scroll and how long you are active on each page; how fast each page loaded, and script errors on the page, with email addresses, phone numbers and anything you typed removed; which kind of link you clicked (for a phone number or an email address only that you clicked one, never the number or address; for a download only the type of file; for a link to another site only that site's name); and a replay of some visits that shows the page as it looked, with the mouse movements, clicks and scrolling.
It never records what you type in a form. Every form field is hidden in the replays, and so is anything you typed, any email address and any phone number when the page shows it back to you. For forms it keeps only how long you spent in each field, how many times you went into it, whether you left it empty, the last field you used and whether the form was sent.
Someone on our team can watch a visit while it happens, with the same fields hidden, and may say hello: a chat window opens on the page and tells you a real person is connected. You can answer it or close it. If you write in the chat, the messages are kept for 90 days. Whether or not you chat, our team may also note who you are against your visits, so we know you if you come back: your name, contact details, company, tags and their own notes, with the date of your earliest visit we hold, where it came from and how many times you have visited. That note is kept until you ask us to delete it, and deleting it also deletes your visits.
It sets no cookies: it keeps a random visitor number in your browser's local storage, and a visit number that ends after 30 minutes without activity. The information is held in Cloudflare's Oceania region, is seen only by our team and the people who look after this website, and is deleted automatically after 90 days, except a note of who you are (described above), which is kept until you ask us to delete it. You can ask us to delete your visits sooner using the contact details on this page.
